Create Your First Helpdesk Ticket


1. Follow this guide to learn how to sign in to the help desk.


2. Go to the support portal homepage, rcisd.freshservice.com.


3. Click on the Submit a Ticket icon in the middle of the page, or use the New Ticket button in the top-right corner.




4. Fill our the new ticket form, as shown in the screen shot below.



5. Click Submit to finish creating your new support ticket. That's it!
